Website shows stock then they don't email to tell you it's out of stock! And then tell you you've been refunded that can take 3-5 working days!! Maybe time to just try elsewhere!

I ordered some flavours from them over a week ago and i got an email saying order has been confirmed however still no sign of my order arriving and i have emailed them many times and have had no response. Wont be ordering from them again

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service. Bought a vape pen and within an hour of use the coil went bang. Tried returning the item and all I had was quibbling and arguing from them. They never replaced it and PayPal, who I paid through, didn't want to know so never got my money back. Avoid this company like the plague.

Service has improved a lot

Vapemate service declined quite a bit in 2021, I was about to give up and go somewhere else, however things seem to be back to normal now. All of my recent orders have been received promptly and when I had an issue customer services resolved it immediately.

Spoiled for choice

Disposables are my favourite.Within the last couple of months, the disposables category on Vapemate was filled up. Before they weren't selling any and now i'm spoilt for choice.
