This company's efficacy and customer support has steeply declined since I first started using them.Have a problem? Forget getting any help from them as they clearly don't give a monkey's whether your issue is addressed or not. As the review below states, you cannot get through to them for love nor money. There have been some troubles at Vapemate for a little while now. However, that seems to be down to them shifting offices, warehouse, owners etc. They've righted their wrongs and are looking to return back to the respectable company that I've used for years. Which is nice to know.
I don't recommend placing any orders with this shop. They need 24h to dispatch 1st class parcel. In every shop which care about customers, they send orders placed in the early afternoon on the same day but not this one. I paid for first class which is always delivered to me next day so why I should pay double for courier?!?!?! If you don't want to deliver great customer service it's your choice. I don't want to have anything with this shop.
I placed and paid for my order 7 days ago and received order confirmation. Since then I've heard nothing regarding dispatch etc and despite my contacting the customer services department 2 days ago, have still received no communication. I have now requested a refund...Update ... I was eventually contacted by the company who were apologetic and straight away refunded me.
Poor service. Happy to take orders for items they don't have in stock and aren't going to refill. When they contacted me to tell me then bombarded me with a tonne of information with no time for me to check out what the alternatives they were offering were actually like. Felt like an attempt to pressure sell me flavours that I didn't want or in sizes that were in no way appropriate substitutes given the £/ml I'd have been forking out if I'd been stupid enough to say yes. Can't help wondering if this was stock they haven't been able to shift and are trying to dump on someone? No idea.They finally cancelled that part of the order and refunded the money and yet seemed incredibly adverse to letting me know that I was now paying near-50% of the order price as additional postage and packing. Took four attempts to speak to somebody phoning back to try and work out what could be done about that. In the end cancelled the whole thing.Complete waste of my time and I'm now waiting another week on top of the time wasted by this company to refill on e-liquid.Don't waste your time here. Shop elsewhere.
Very let down. Ordered from this company for years. Paid 25th october emailed 27th saying 1 flavour outof stock, immediately replied saying just substitute. Emailed 3 more times, messaged on fb, and on twitter, finally had to ask paypal to step in. Left with no liquid.
Vapemate.co.uk are simply the best online store for all your vaping needs. There loyalty programme is excellent and saves me alot of money. Delivery is always on time and without problems. On the couple of occasions I have needed to contact them by phone the customer service team is very polite and professional and go out of there way to help you out. I would highly recommend them as a business and appreciate the high quality of the products they sell.
