I highly recommend VaultX products, they offer excellent value for money. I am a huge fan of the zip binders.I had a minor delivery issue with my last order because it was stuck without any updates. But that wasn't VaultX's fault. I contacted support and received a response and a solution to the problem on the same day. I would like to point out that this is a very professional company. I just received my package. It was well packaged and, as usual, the products are high quality and meet my expectations.
Binder arrived with internal damage which wouldn't have been noticed by packers or done in transit; customer service were very quick yo reply and sorted a replacement with no quibbling or issues! Very impressed, thank you for sorting this 👏
There was an issue with my order being lost in transit and they very quickly replied by apologizing and sending another item my way. I've ordered a few times in the past so I'm really glad to see that they have amazing customer service even if things end up not going perfectly smooth. I'll gladly order again in the future :)
Ordered 2 times via this website, 1st time went flawless, but sadly 2nd time the carrier misplaced the order or something so it didn't arrive.Support was very helpfull and gave me a replacement order within 1 work day, so overall very happy
I ordered 3 binders as well as a ton of single-card sleeves. Unfortunately, one of the binders was missing a few pages due to a production error. So I was a bit disappointed at first.I contacted the customer service (after maneuvering myself through the chat with the chatbot...). The customer service answered quickly, gave clear instructions on how to document the damage, and in no time, my replacement was on its way (this time without any production errors, of course). Thanks to Gloria from the customer service for the quick and friendly handling!Except for this very unfortunate error, which was readily fixed, everything else was fantastic. I think the Vault X binders are the best on the market right now, and I will certainly order more once I run out of space.
