GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I had an unusually long wait after ordering my product(17 days). I reached out to customer service just to let them know and honestly had the best experience. Very quick response and they made it right. Didn’t try to come up with any excuses. They owned it and that goes a long way. Definitely made a lifetime customer out of me. Also, their product is top notch and beautifully made. Thanks Vault X for being a great company in a world of crappy ones.

A Stunning Choice for Your Collectibles

The quality of their binders is exceptional and there is so much variety available. There is no better way to protect your collectibles than with their binders, amd they are beautiful to display. They also work to ensure bots and scalpers are at a minimum during launches or pre-orders. I have only used their support once, but they were just as great as the product they offer!

Product never received never refund and no other support than ans IA chatbot..

Support does not answer to mail except use the chatbot (that is really dumb). My order have the wrong delivery address I tried to contact the support three times before it was shipped to the wrong address, the retard chatbot just tell me now we can only refund once the package came back to us. The shipping was one delivery but ending in a relay point like what the hell. Order #EU41430 I'm open to a commercial solution.

The best binders in the business

I’m obsessed with the quality, style and design of the binders. Naturally as a popular brand in this space, items sell out fast, but it’s worth the wait. I recently showed a friend my collection and they immediately went out to get their own for their card collection. Highly recommend! I also wanted to shout out their customer service team and in particular, Shireen. I had a small issue recently and she was quick to respond, super polite and helpful, sent me out a replacement quickly, and delivered exceptional all-round customer service. VaultX is my go-to supplier for all binders, sleeves and protectors and will continue to be for many years to come.

Spent weeks waiting to pre-order a…

Spent weeks waiting to pre-order a Vault-x XXL binder. Then spent weeks for them to finally ship it. They managed to ship it and forget my house number so it never arrives and gets sent back to them, so i asked them about it and they re shipped it to me, again same problem. Then after about 3 weeks of back and forth they tell me the binders are all sold out now.They refunded me the binders but not the shipping cost! So i had to go after them for the shipping refund tooTerrible support. Absolute nightmare to deal with

Superior quality binders for a great price.

A friend recommended me this brand and boy do they not disappoint, you can feel the superior quality compared to other binders in the same price range plus they have color themed binders for specific sets (Pokemon). I will gladly buy more if the need arises again.
