Seems like they took the feedback seriously from the last drop. My item shipped quickly and was at my house about a week after ordering. One of my binders arrived with a bent corner, and it took less than 24 hours for them to ship out a replacement.Love these binders! Wish they would restock mint green though

Great products

Great products. Shipping was a bit awkward with orders arriving in multiple packages. Would like to see more ring binder options, a 1/2" D-ring binder in particular would be nice. Never liked zippered binders with too many or too few pockets.

Nice binders and great customer service

Had an issue where one of the three binders I ordered was damaged in transit. I let them know about the issue and they shipped a replacement to me before I even had to ask. I would be happy to order from them again based on this experience.

Never had any issues ordering direct from vault x. Their products are great too. 1 of my orders came with a slightly damaged binder so I reported an issue with my order and they were quick to resolve

Binders and sleeves and customer support!

I have bought quite a few binders and sleeves over the years and these have been by far the best. As well, I have only had a couple of issues which were handled within 24 hours professionally and well above what I expected.

Never ever had a problem with this company before, first time ever something was missing from delivery sent them pictures and issue was resolved right away with them sending out a replacement. Always my go to for binders and sleeves

Customer Service

There was a manufacturer defect on one of the binders I received and Vault X customer service was quick to respond and resolve the issue by sending a completely new binder that will be here by the end of the week. Customer service AI was very easy to use (almost like breathing) and I feel other feedback by other customers saying otherwise is just a skill issue. Thank you Vault X for going above and beyond and having great binders.
