Fantastic products but awful customer service. Firstly you need to navigate a lengthy chatbot which never allows you o speak with a customer service agent. You’re just told to wait for an email— why not just give me an email address to message? When I finally received a reply the customer service member ignored everything I said so I had to start over again. I wish Amazon had stock! They have next level customer service and rerun processes. Take note
I've been a fan of Vault X's products for a while now, owning 7 binders and a deck box from them. The quality is great, and the materials just feel extremely premium! I'll definitely buy more of their products in the future.Recently, my package was lost in transit due to an issue with the delivery service. However, Vault X's customer service quickly stepped in to resolve the problem. I worked with Shireen, who was a delight to talk to and provided top-notch support. She very quickly resolved my issue, keeping me informed every step of the way.Overall, I'm very happy to see that not only are Vault X's products of high quality, but their customer service is also exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for great products and excellent support!
I've been using Vault-X products exclusively for a while now. When the new, gigantic 16 slot binder was announced I was quick to hop on board. That said, in my haste my shipping address got mixed up and the item got lost in the mail, returned to sender, and refunded. It was my mistake and I thought I had missed out as the product was sold out. Working with an outstanding customer service agent, Shireen, she managed to find my product, get an invoice to me and send it out after correcting the address. I've never seen any company go above and beyond so much. I now have 7 Vault X binders protecting 43k worth of TCG and I trust this company and their products with my investments. Truly a 5 star experience. Thank you.
Product was absolutely fine. Arrived a week later even though 48HR Tracking was provided, which seems to be they gave me a tracking number but didn't send it until the following week during the middle of the week. Customer service is shocking. Requested a resolution and never heard back from them a week later. Still nothing back from them. Disappointed seeing as they provide a great line of products however, reluctant to deal with them again due to this inability to cooperate with their end user
