Review Time
W70 PRO log splitter ordered. It was advertised as made in the UK, but tracking showed it was sent from China. When I requested to cancel the order and get a refund, I was told to wait for delivery, after which I could return it. They ignored my questions about the misleading advertisement and wouldn’t confirm if they would accept a free return. The terms state I must return it to a German address at my expense, despite a London address being listed on the website. I've reported this to seek action. Overall, this company feels very untrustworthy.
I bought a set of 2 extendable windscreen cleaners with triangular heads and an additional set of 4 microfibre cloths. What arrived were cheap, non-extendable handles that were uncomfortable to use. The heads were rectangular plastic, and the microfibre covers barely fit. There were no additional cloths.
This is a total scam operation. They sent a completely different item after a long wait, and it was unfit for use. I requested a refund but was told I must return it in original unopened packaging and pay for shipping to a German address! Beware and avoid purchasing from them.
So having been warned of scams I fell for this one.Advertising sale of FireMate TM stove fan with magnetic stove thermometer and a booklet. Also some fake Trust Pilot ratings which took me right in! Christmas saving of 50% fir this product ‘made in Uk’ and with ´lifetime guarantee’.Suspicions were first raised when tracking placed its origin somewhere in China. After several weeks and various excuses from ‘Claudia’ a fan of some sort showed up (but not the one advertised) without a 1 year ‘guarantee’ no thermometer and no booklet?This is a completely fake set up do be warned and STAY AWAY from this website and seller!….and I have strong suspicions that ‘Claudia’ doesn’t really exist!
Bought an item and the courier has lost it. The company won’t acknowledge or respond to mails. Claudia at customer services is ghosting me and they clearly have some serious issues.. Please, please don’t transact with this company you will regret it. If the price of an item is too good to be true it’s because it is. These guys are market traders on line.
this item is nothing like it advertises. the suction is rubbish. Its also very noisy, a lot more than a microwave. The worst thing is it sucks and blows at the same time. The only good thing this is for is blowing up balloons. What a waste of money
The advert is misleading for a start. The free tools and filters are already in the box that the GT40 Pro Hoover is in. So that is misleading statement.Then when the vacuum arrived it had the power of a toy.I emailed the company straightaway, and they asked for videos of the said problems. They apologized and asked for the unopened box to be sent back to Germany.I contacted them again and asked for my money back as the goods were not as described. Also, how could I post them videos, if I hadn't opened the box.After several emails, it was obvious that they didn't want to know and I have taken it as an experience. I have contacted Trading Standards and to be honest, I don't think they will act for me because of the cost of the item. So, what I will say to people thinking of using this company, "Do your research first". I wish I did.
