Exactly what you need, always getting better

I was hesistant at moving my business banking over to an online based account with no physical location or associates to meet with... Turns out you don't really need all the flair the big banks push to offer a great solution for what most businesses actually need. Smart technology powering the bank combined with good options and value for your money - excellent rates on financial tools I actually use and I've never had an issue getting help when I have had a question or issue arise from the online chat box - I thought I would be annoyed or discouraged not being able to talk to somebody but I have had more bad experiences actually dealing with a bank face to face. Taylor helped me out with my most recent technical issue which prompted me to write this review. I wish more people would get on board and give big banks a run for their money.

So far so good

So far so good, I just hopped on with Venn,The experience so far has been buttery smooth, The onboarding process, One of the most advanced and fastest business Banking Onboarding process i have ever experience, i finished the application literally in under 5 mins, including KYC. I do have 2 Canadian businesses, I onboarded 1, Just to see the experience and how it helps my first business and then i am going all in.So far i have loved everything, Including the customer support team that assisted me twice but at After-Hours, I feel they are super dedicated and helpful most of the time and i pray they stay that way.Excited for the times ahead ☺️

First impressions they care!

At first I was disappointed. However I reached out in the evening on a weekend and the took care of everything within just a few minutes. Although my experience is low currently the response and care seems to be above normal. I have high hopes for Venn!

Tried to apply to Keep

Tried to apply to Keep, took 5 days and then denied without notifying us. Asked for a reason and they said they would email me. No email.We signed up for Venn and were making payments with virtual card in under an hour.We calculated we are saving $1800 compared to TD card.
