When we had questions, customer support was quick to get back to us.Really easy to sign up for a business banking account and get up and running. Takes only a few minutes and in Canada there aren't any other options that can match that. Virtual cards, physical cards, bank to bank payments, etc. it's all there.
I am an accountant and Vault has an Amazing customer service!!! It is a great bank and super easy to use. It save me time and money. The card is also nice, and I save on currency exchange. Free payments doesn't hurt either.You have to experience the amazing team.

Best customer service from any financial institution, best rates around (no fees!) and the product is always getting new features because they are always listening to customers like myself.Vault is tech forward, so silly things like forcing me to go into a branch to sign papers or cancel services is not a thing, everything you need is in the app. If it's not there, hop on the chat and a real person will answer you questions and have you feeling like they are there to help you get to a solution. It doesn't feel like they are trying to upsell you or pressure you in to new services. It's banking how you want as a business. Someone has finally figured out that business banking should have the same perks as personal banking by eliminating all the weird quirks and fees.
Finally a great banking experience in Canada. As a small-business with international clients receiving, exchanging and sending money was a pain. In addition, Tryvault has made bank-to-bank transfers in Canada so much easier and cheaper - no more e-transfer limits! Great service and great customer support.
I have personally saved a lot of $ thanks to the Vault team. I previously used to incur incredibly high bank fees for Wires and the spreads charged by banks for foreign currency conversions were also ridiculous.I started vault in 2022 and ever since been saving a lot of these bank charges.Moreover, the experience of getting onboarded, issuing credit cards on the fly and the near real time response from the team for any questions that I have is just incredible.
