I had a question about changing my bank details. The auto chat bot was unable to help so I requested a human to contact me. Although the support desk was closed for the day, I was contacted that same evening by a human agent asking for more information. Early the next day, I had my answer!
Venn is changing the way we do banking in Canada and I'm here for it. Faster transfers, lower fees and my favourite, exceptional customer service. The Venn team, special shoutout to Michael, has been incredibly helpful in troubleshooting daily banking issues. The diligence they show and the genuine care the team has for its customers is truly refreshing.
Venn has been amazing for our business. We were with RBC for 5 years paying $20/wire, no ACH possible, receiving wires would also cost us $20 and the support was next to zero. We also had insanely poor FX rates, with Venn we are able to conduct payments in ACH, $10 wire fees and other methods all in the same portal. Venn > RBC. Been with Venn for almost a year now, and have saved close to $10,000 in fees.
