I am a new customer with little to no idea what I am doing when it comes to web sites and hosting.I have spent a bit of time with tech support trying to get my head around it. All the people I have spoken to have been polite, knowledgeable, and patient.I googled various companies before I committed to VentraIP, now I understand why they are among the top rated.
