Queue system excellent. However this time round guess Mega May Sales time means my phone wait was around 25 mins. Service staff was busy and took a bit of time with each client on their queries. Which is exactly what Service staff Amy did. She took me through every query. Nothing was too much trouble and she made me feel all my questions were valid and she understood. She was patient,very knowledgeable, calm and professional. I have to say,I didn't realise that in May yearly,I could even renew my hosting website due in Nov, in May with surprise 30% off. Sure was a bonus surprise for me. I was going to renew one of 2 domains. Ended up with renewed domain and bonus discount of my hosting site in May. Amy helped me and got both done on the phone,seamlessly!I am very impressed. Thanks very much to Amy.
