Review Time
I'm still not receiving emails. People are saying emails to my address are bouncing. I've spent a week trying to migrate my service to Ventra. I am on hold AGAIN, currently number 5 in line. If i ever get to speak to someone I'm going to attempt to get all emails from my address sent to gmail. I give up!!!
Hopeless. Website was always going offline and always had to explain that mailouts to 30k registered addresses are not spam.Website went down and when it was finally unlocked, I found an unpaid invoice which they used to delete our website and data with. And they keep no backups.
