Absolutely Worth Every Penny!I’ve been using my Veria Travel Savvy Duffelpack on multiple trips now, and I couldn’t be happier with it. From the moment I unpacked it, I could tell this bag was thoughtfully designed with travelers in mind. The build quality feels premium, the materials are durable, the stitching feels solid, and the overall finish looks great even after heavy use.What I love most is how versatile and functional it is. The convertible duffel-to-backpack design makes it perfect for airports, weekend getaways, and even day-to-day use. The internal compartments are practical and roomy without feeling bulky, and I’ve been able to organize my gear (clothes, tech, toiletries, and more) with ease. It’s also surprisingly comfortable to carry even when packed full.Another nice touch is how well the bag holds up in all kinds of weather the materials give me confidence that my stuff stays protected whether I’m in a plane cabin or walking through a light rain.Overall, this has quickly become my go-to travel bag. Stylish, sturdy, and highly functional definitely 5 stars from me!

Really poor customer service

Really poor customer service. First, their platform converted my mailing address to shipping address when I hit PAY. So I tried to contact them. Finally sent emails that were answers the next day. Said they changed the shipping address. 5-6 days later, the item had not shipped. After another 24 hour exchange, they said the item had been out of stock but was back in and would ship “Monday or Tuesday”. Wednesday, the same thing, now shipping could be on Friday. Echoing what some others have experienced, they just kept lying about when the product would be available. I asked them to cancel and refund. They said they will. I will update this review when I get the refund. Shame, it looks like a great product.

Did not ship bag, said they were out of stock. Still no refund.

Purchased the backpack / travel bag in December and 45 days later it still has not shipped. With emails stating out of stock. Once I requested a refund, they keep telling me they are working on it. Email returns from this company are slow. The bag was $148. To date, still no refund.

Read the fine print, specs and details before buying.

Look at the details and fine print before deciding to make a purchase from this company. The customer service is not terrible, but it’s weak. The products are decent but not worth the high prices. Their empty weight is super heavy- so like I said, definitely check out the specs before purchasing. I couldn’t believe how heavy it was. The return process took over a month and you have to check on your return a couple times to keep the ball rolling. It seems like they are hoping you forget about it. They don’t refund you the high shipping cost either. you could find a very similar product for half the price on Amazon. I found a similar product at Macy’s for 1/3 the price. Now of course they’re going to have a predictable, transparent response full of fake words to this review, but everything I said above is true.

I purchased one of their backpacks for…

I purchased one of their backpacks for my son and he decided he wanted a different one so I ordered that one. I went to return the first one I bought. I sent pictures of the tags on the product back in the original packaging and the original bag use their label to ship back, I sent a picture of the receipt of dropping it off ups and they still refuse to refund me my $170 worst customer service I’ve ever experienced do not purchase from them if you are not 100% about keeping it or that the person you were buying it for I would like to keep it I will never purchase from them again.

The best backpack I've ever owned!

Ordered the Savvy Backpack and the DuffelPack. I use them every day for commuting, the gym, and when I'm flying. Great quality, and I can easily find everything I need in the organized compartments. Coming back for more!

Misleading website and terrible customer service

I ordered a sling shoulder bag from their website that said it was available. The website said that it would ship within 4-6 days. I sent them an email on the 6th day and they said they said they sent me an email days earlier that the product I ordered was not in stock. I never received the email and their website should not have promoted an item that was not available. I should have read the reviews before ordering. Very disappointed.

Products are nice, you just might not get everything you ordered

Background - i ordered 3 backpacks and one travel organizer as gifts for Christmas this year (2025). The three backpacks arrived Christmas eve with no travel bag. I didn't have time to contact them then, so I wrapped the backpacks, broke down the giant box they came in, and contacted their customer service Christmas evening. They asked for a Pic of the package as it was delivered. Because I didn't take a Pic of the giant box with just the backpacks they say there's nothing they can do. I spent over $350 with them and they can't send me the $18 case I ordered and didn't receive. The backpacks are nice but given the experience I've had I'll never recommend them. I should've stuck with the brand name options but I was trying to support a smaller business. I learned my lesson.
