I cannot recommend Craig highly enough. After dealing with multiple loan officers who tried to play games with numbers, finding Craig was a breath of fresh air.I specifically requested a 7/6 ARM. While other lenders wasted my time trying to switch my loan terms, trick me into buying down the interest rate, or hiding fees to make their offers look better, Craig did exactly what I asked. He stuck to the 7/6 ARM and provided legitimate, apples-to-apples comparisons. When he did propose alternatives, they were honest and within a normal range—meant to help me, not fool me.Craig was the only person capable of providing a genuine competing offer against my current lender. Even better? The very next day, he beat his own offer without me even having to ask.The process was incredibly efficient. We spent less than 15 minutes total on the phone and exchanged maybe 15 emails. He is direct, thorough, and responsive.
