Jolene made the experience great. She has checked on me periodically with my last mortgage and when I was ready to purchase a new home she was right there to make it happen. She kept me informed and was always available to answer any questions that came up. Not enough stars to give what she deserves.
This is my second time working with Denitra Crosby from Veterans First. Just like the first time, her customer service remains top notch amongst any other lending company. We discussed exactly what my wife and I wanted out of this refinance. She went above and beyond by answering my emails and questions while she was vacation. It was a very smooth process and she expertly navigated us through it. I would give her and the company 10 stars if I could.
My first contact with Denitra Cosby was eye opening because she alerted me to information I had no knowledge about. One year later I found myself calling her back to do business, because I researched the information and was surprised at what I found out.One thing Denitra taught me is as a client you must be willing to do the work pulling your personal documents to get what you need. For me the process was easy because Denitra sent clear instructions on what was needed. We built a great relationship that formed a great business relationship. Remember that as a client the loan officer does not have your information and you are responsible for pulling those documents. I enjoyed working with Denitra and highly recommend her. It's an experience that's worth all the work on both sides. Thanks Denitra you are greatly appreciated and will not be forgotten.
Company operates very underhandedly, agents like Adam I'm not very knowledgeable and supervisors when informed of certain essential requests like Malissa, are more poised to argue... The lack of attention to detail especially as regards the best interests of the client was overlooked by Adam the agency does not seem to be run very well.. I am, Adam, Malissa, lot's of malingering, in relation to what you would expect for an agency you seem to have a low regard for ethical behavior.
I would like to thank Heather Lewis who acted as our loan officer, for her patience and professionalism throughout the loan process.Thank you Heather for walking us through the entire process. I would recommend you to anyone that may ask me where to apply for a home loan.
