My last mortgage company was a nightmare, Mike reached out to me and was very clear about what he could provide for my family and I. I was at almost 8 percent interest and with his help I refinanced and switched to a better mortgage company with a current rate at 5.75. Saved me time headaches and money. SOLID GUY! Great service! Mike Sanders is the most reliable Lender yet! My case required a few extra unique steps, but he showed much charisma and enthusiasm to help in any capacity necessary, instead of sending me on a wild goose chase, he did some leg work going the extra mile so I wouldn't have to. He's also more knowledgeable than some of his peers. He took the initiative to reach out to me after a misunderstanding occurred to see if he could help resolve my issue. It makes you feel valued when someone calls you to resolve your previous issue, rather waiting for the problem to fix itself. I have worked with the Loan Officer from July 2023, when a rule changed that didn't let me get me loan til, January 2024, when it finally was able to go thru.They never gave up and, kept me in constant contact, every step of the way.
