easy to order, fast delivery...and then come the troubles

ordered a great water fountain with LED system.delivered in just few days (great!) but the stainless steel was bumped at some point and LED system was not working!after several emails and no answer I finally gave a phone call, they then announced they have issue sending emails to my address (!?) but they offered a 5€ refund for the damaged SS, just achieved on Paypal account in few hoursfor the LED system they asked their (chinese) supplier to resend one and announced 3 weeks delaythe issue still unsolved today!!! after > 1 month

Wouldn't deliver

Ordered a diesel heater, then had message to say they didn't deliver to my country? and Could they send it to another address in Europe? I said why does your order form have my country listed, no I want it delivered to the country i live in, else I wanted a refund. Got refund quick but no explanation.UPDATE: Provided them as requested order details as below and heard nothing back, just empty words.

Dont buy from this company its a nightmare to get a refund when you receive a defective product

The item I received was cheap poorly made Chinese rubbish, it had lots of missing parts including bolts, a screw on plastic end caps on the turn handle so there was nothing to hold it in place, the paint was coming off and bubbling all over the place, as the steel underneath it hadn't been primed before applying the top coat. There was rust in several places and missing bolts that held the mechanism in place to allow it to travel up and down the shaft. I thought I had received a machine that had been used as a donorThe satisfaction or your money back guarantee they offer on their website isn't worth a bean. I contacted them about all the problems with the item and sent them photos and I asking for a returns lable as it was very defective and I told them that it looked second hand rather than new. Here is where the fun began.... not!They assured me that it was new and asked me if the item could still be used and if so the could refund me 20€ as partial refund for my inconvenience. I had already told them that it didnt work due to the missing pieces and they didnt even mention the other quality issues such as paint missing everywhere and rust. I declined their offer and once again asked for a returns lable to return it to them. I realised that I wasn't getting anywhere so I opened a Paypal complaint. They didnt communicate with me via the Paypal complaints system though only by email.Emails went back and forth to cut a long story sort, they eventually offered to replace it or to refund me. I replied that I would like a refund. Then they said that the person that had access to Paypal wasn't there (it was Sunday) but if I close my Paypal case against them now, it would unblock the money that was being held and they would issue me a full refund afterwards. I knew full well if I did that and they changed their minds that wouldn't end well for me and I could end up with nothing so I refused and said I would wait for the person to make the offer via Paypal tomorrow as this was my only protection. I also asked once again for a retuns lable so that I could send it back to them and at this point they said that they didn't want the item returned and to either keep it or throw it away. I waited for 24 hours for the person who could authorise a Paypal refund to do so but it never happened so I uploaded all the emails that had been sent back and forth between them and me outside of Paypals complains system and I escalated my claim. I did get a full refund and as the item wasn't usable, it went to the recycling centre.I am not impressed with Vevor this was my first time buying from them and it will also be the last too. I did buy two other items at the same time as the defective one, thankfully they are fine but I pray that they never ever go wrong as I think it would be a major battle to get anything repaired or exchanged even under guarantee judging by my experience of dealing with this company. Always pay with Paypal as you can't trust any promises made on a websites and avoid this company unless you are prepared to waste a lot of time trying to get a refund if you receive a defective or poor quality product.
