I bought tickets on viagogo.cz, and at the checkout it showed the price of about 5,500 CZK. However, I was charged 369.39 EUR, which I only saw later in the email and in my bank. They claim that everything was transparent, but it was not at all. They suggest that I can resell the tickets, but why should I have to do that? They replied to me that they will try to resolve this issue and asked for screenshots. I sent a screenshot showing what the price should have been and how much was actually charged. They replied to me with this: Upon reviewing your transaction, we’ve confirmed that the charges from your banking institution, the confirmation email you received from us, and the prices shown in your system all match the proof you provided. Please note that the prices displayed on our marketplace are set individually by each seller. Every ticket listing may have different prices and fees depending on the seller’s preferences. We are a secondary marketplace that allows individual sellers to list and sell tickets on our platform. We do not own the tickets ourselves or have direct access to them. However, to protect our customers, we step in to provide possible resolutions to any issues that may arise. I understand this may not have been the resolution you were hoping for, and I sincerely regret any inconvenience this situation has caused. Please let me know if there’s anything else I can assist you with to make this process easier for you.S pozdravem,BryButGood evening,I understand you, but the problem is not that the price was initially the one that was charged from my account. The problem is that the price was 2,690 CZK per ticket, I bought 2 tickets plus the commission. When I entered my email, my details, pressed Apple Pay, and paid, the price was ≈5,500 CZK, that is what I was expecting. And a minute later I received a notification from my bank and an email that 369.39 € was charged.Sorry, but the problem is not in the initial price or the seller’s commission, I understand that you do not have the tickets, and the problem is in your website, which shows me one price right in front of me on my phone, but charges a completely different one. I have already filed a request through my bank to try to get a refund, as this amount is still blocked until the recipient transfers it to themselves, although I very much doubt this will help. As far as I understand, the payment goes through on your website, and you should know the seller and resolve such situations.Concert will be 23.08.2025 at 17:00For viagogo my gmail aakovec66 @ gm .com
Horrible failure to deliver tickets. We purchased 6 tickets to FCK Kaiserslautern game on Viagogo. They said tickets would be delivered on day of the game after purchasing and paying €700 two weeks before event. The tickets never came up until the game started. We had 5 guests who drove a distance for the game with us. It was the worst possible outcome imaginable. Do not trust Viagogo with your ticket purchase for anything.
I bought two tickets to see an 85-year-old artist I’ve loved all my life — probably my last chance. Bought them 25 days early. They never arrived.Customer service is a nightmare: endless chats with bots, and when you finally reach a human, it feels like they’re mocking you. The only clear thing is that their instructions are not to solve problems, but to wear you down until you give up.I lost my money and a once-in-a-lifetime moment. Never again. Avoid this company.
At a first glance I thought it was a scam. However, the overall experience was great. The site UX is great showing the available options. Some suggestions: include the total price when analyzing the options; include some tips regarding the difference of the seats (it is easy with AI nowadays; In general, it worked really well. No issues at the entrance. Thanks!
It’s the second year I purchased the tickets for Tomorrowland Belgium with Viagogo and I have nothing to complain, actually I am very satisfied with that! Both years I received the online QR-Code 3/4 weeks before the event date and was pretty easy and fast to exchange for my bracelets in the event location. I have to confess that the first year I was a little scared of not working the online tickets in the day, but everything worked very good! I can definitely recommend Viagogo for purchasing tickets!
Of note, there are many accounts for Vianogo on this site, so I am unable to post this review on all of them. I don't know why they have so many accounts. Nightmare experience with ordering tickets to see Coldplay with Vianogo. I ordered tickets over 6 months in advance. They were playing in Nashville which is like a 10-hour drive. I also ordered an airbnb. I received an order confirmation which is different from a ticket, but I was assured that my tickets were guaranteed. You can already see where this very sad story is heading. It's the night before the show, still no ticket. I look on Vianogo's website, which says, "In most cases, tickets aren't issued until 24 hours before the event. When this kind of delay happens, sellers have until 10 AM on the day of the event to deliver the tickets and fulfill the order."Then, 10 AM on the day of the event comes and goes. No call from Vianogo. No email from Vianogo. No tickets from Vianogo. So, I contact customer service. They tell me - no problem. There's a Vianogo Guarantee. That their specialists are emailing me a link to new tickets at no extra cost. So, I click on the link in my email... and a page loads that tells me there are no alternative tickets, and my only option is to take a refund. I, of course, tell the customer service representative that I don't want a refund - I want the tickets I was guaranteed. I wanted a phone number to talk with someone else at Vianogo. The rep told me that's a no-go and said, "Actually Joshua, it's an internal team and they don't have a phone number, and even this link you received is generated by the system. So if there was alternative options in our inventory it must have been sent to you, but unfortunately there are not." And so, in the end, Vianogo guaranteed one thing: a nightmare vacation filled with anxiety and despair. It seems like many of the sellers who operate through Vianogo buy up many tickets and resell them at inflated prices - like how ticket scalping works. And sometimes, they even sell tickets that they never deliver. This has been happening for years, and no one is fixing it. Is this the behavior of a crime syndicate? I don't know. Sometimes, they come through with the tickets for many people. But what I want to point out is this - while there is a guarantee you will get your money back, there is no guarantee that you'll get your tickets. And if you're a true music fan, that's all you really want. Vianogo fails to deliver when it really counts.
