Ordered 2 black hoodies with white stitched moth on them for me and my boyfriend. Received my order but 1st hoodie was misaligned. Emailed customer service and spoke to ivy over email, little to no responses. Eventually ivy organised a return so I sent the parcel but still haven’t received my exchange and it’s been 2 months now. The second hoodie which was for my boyfriend for Christmas was also misaligned. Emailed customer service again and didn’t get a reply. Beginning of January I emailed again, no reply to the date of 29/01/25. For a small business you’d think they’d take the time and care to get back to people who support them. I will be contacting my bank and claim as fraud. I’m very disappointed and frustrated. Unacceptable.
Ordered an item worth over £100, ovwr two weeks ago. Royal mail tracking has been stuck since it was 'dispatched'with absolutely no update from the company despite multiple emails to ivy, comments on their social media etc. Will be firced to claim this as fraud via my bank if i do not hear anything back from them soon. Appalling customer service, especially considering its a small business. Avoid.
Awful. Ordered 3 things for £70 10 days ago for my girlfriends birthday as we are going away to wales, obviously I ordered early so it would be here by then. To my Horror, nothing has even been dispatched. I have emailed 3 times and on Instagram and had 0 communication. Will never use this company ever again. Kill star and disturbia is much better
Placed an order on the 3rd of August of nearly £65 this was my second order with this company. I understand items are made to order but two weeks later no order. Emailed seller and was told items were shipping out that day, I specifically asked for a refund as items hadn't been sent, seller ignored that request and still didn't send items until 3 days later. Items arrived one necklace complete unusable. Emailed seller again and zero response ended up claiming through PayPal. Avoid at all costs.
