Awful experience. Made 2 orders and had faulty items both times (should never have placed a second one, i was hoping it was just a bad experience) Refused a refund, basically been scammed out of about £40. It is all cheap quality, made my perfectly healthy ear lobes and nose bleed.
I not recommend buying from them, their customer service is really not good.I got my order and came broke, and they literally refuse to do anything... Like their only response was 'we cant do it now' or 'i these circumstances we cant do anything...' And they only gave me a discount for a BROKEN ITEM.
Placed an order on 30.11. This was shipped 6 days later and as per tracking accepted by Royal Mail, but after this there were no further scans and order was not received. It’s now 2 months later and I am still trying to get a refund, but customer service is pushing me around after originally claiming they’d refund if there was no update soon (this was mid December)I’d avoid doing business with them
