I received my quote, booked it in, and then 4 weeks later, had it installed by Jay, who did a fantastic job! My family & I are very happy with the final result thanks to Ken & Jay!
The sales rep Mary Jane was very helpful , thoroughly professional and knew her products….Mary Jane also came back a second time when we changed our minds about the colour and wanted to see the samples again before ordering . Ash and Tommy came to do a precise measurement. Our windows are up very high and the four slightly different sizes plus awkward window winders are in the way. Ash worked out the solution and he himself came back to install. A first class installation. Timelines were as MaryJane predicted. Getting the best installer was paramount to our great result.Thank you Ash.
Ash, the installer of our shutters in a 'tricky' location was just great! His work was very skillful and we are very, very happy with the result and he was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend his work and his attitude! Victory are lucky to have such an emplyee.
Almost 8 months and we’ve got one wrong size blind one damaged all colours wrong and the wrong size one didn’t get re made like they promised it’s been nothing but hassles waiting for someone to tell us what the next step is we’ve had to speak with so many people have constant sales people and check measure people and fitting people out over 8 months and still havnt got our blinds completed very stressful very very stressful
