Awesome experience with amazing product and great staff. We had both electronic blinds and plantation shuttles installed. Product quality and installation are both of a high standard and I would highly recommend their services.
Had Victory Blinds outdoor blind installed several years ago. The tape down each side is detaching s o contacted the call centre. A consultant came out took photos of the problem and promised to get back to me. He never did so I again phoned the company call centre twice and they promised they would get back to me. No one from the company ever returned my call.Do not buy from this company. They are totally unreliable and don't stand by their products.
Marty Davies from Vicfory blinds was fantastic... Prompt and professional and knew what I needed... Especially when it came to color choice... He mentioned a 4 to 5 week turn around but low and behold, Victory managed to have them.buikt and installed inside of 2 weeks... Outstanding... My installer Brett was also fantastic... Smashed the install out in no time with no hassle... Can highly recommend...
I ordered two roller blinds in 2023.Victory provided me with two rollerblinds in the incorrect colours.Victory then re ordered the blinds to replace the incorrect colour blinds IN THE SAME COLOURS. The second order was still incorrect.The third re order resulted in one blind in the correct colour but the WRONG SIZE. Which the installer put in anyway.The other blind was "cut to size" in my driveway and installed. The cuts are crooked, and the installer bent the wall bracket it make it fit.Emails and calls to head office over 18 months has yielded alot of promises and a partial refund. And some time wasting of people coming out to "measure and do reports" which amounted to nothing.And now I'm being ignored and still have ugly, poorly fitting blinds in my home.Please, if you need rollerblinds do NOT go through Victory. After telling people about this debacle, I've learned many others have had the same experience with the awful, incompetent people at the Adelaide Victory outlet and unfulfilled promises from head office.Victory representive, when you reply here to tell me how sorry you are about my experience and to contact you for a resolution- can you just refund the remainder of my money please?And you are most welcome to have your terrible quality rollerblinds back.
