I highly recommend from the Adelaide branch Maria, Bronwyn, Richie & Mick. The curtains & blinds are great quality and installers were professional. They promptly replied to emails and installers always called to confirm booking and install time. Maria is very good with ideas, colour schemes and fabrics. I don't normally give reviews but these guys deserved it based on their customer service & quality.
I give this one star only because I cannot give it negative stars. I had some outdoor blinds installed in early June 2024 and they still dont work as promised. The Customer Support people are quite helpful but with their help and understanding the problem still exists 6 months later. In addition to this the electrician they used attempted to get some additional (not necessary) 'cash jobs'. He then doesn't supply the Electrical compliance Certificate as required by law. Finally, the total paid according to the Tax Invoice Victory supplied me is $1886.89 less than what I paid. This company may be good in some states but avoid using them in South Australia.
Menka from Victory Blinds is a wonderful consultant. It’s obvious she really understands the products and provides advice regardingthe most suitable solution for each style of home. She never seems rushed although manages to very efficiently consult, discuss at length if required and show as many samples as we need to make our decisions. This is the second time we’ve used Victory Blinds And we were very happy with the roller blinds with Remote which Menka recommended previously.The person who fitted the roller blinds (Jason I think) Was also very professional and excellent at his job.We can’t wait to receive our new blinds and curtains for the bedroom and hopefully it will be another positive experience. The pricing was also very competitive since there was a sale on when we decided to change our window coverage. We highly recommend Victory Blinds to anyone.
Same experience as many, Victory will not repair their blinds, only want to sell new stuff. Will refer you to a grumpy private contractor who doesn’t want to work too . It is really hard for me to write this about a business but I really do feel cheated, spent over 15K
Trying to get a folding arm awning fixed was a pain, they won't touch it if it's over 8 years old but don't have anyone else they can send you to....and any other company won't fix another company's product. Umpteen phone calls to blind repairers with no luck. Victory wouldn't even come out to look at it, only option offered was to quote for replacement (blind cost nearly $5k 10 years ago and is still in good nic just won't fold in properly)
I was looking blinds for my single fronted blue stone cottage and had the consultant Maria Rundle, from Victory Blinds, Everard Park, attend my house. She was excellent in explaining the different options. I went with Wooden Plantation Blinds in bedrooms & lounge, and wooden Venetian Blinds in my kitchen dining.Once I made my choice, Maria organised Richie & James to measure the next day, to ensure the order went through as soon as possible. Richie & James also fitted the blinds. On both these days, they communicated well their expected time of arrival and were very efficient with measuring & fitting. Richie explained the working of the blinds after they were fitted. Tidied up after themselves.Maria, Richie & James were a pleasure to deal with and very professional.I could not be happier with the quality of the Blinds and the look of the blinds.
