I recently had Victory curtains and blinds install an automated curtain in my theatre room and full length curtains in my dining room. I am so disappointed with my end product. Initial consultation was fine but then follow up questions and e mails were never answered. We paid up front and in full and couldn’t even get an e mail receipt to say payment had been received. Curtains in the dining room look terrible! Too much bunched fabric at both ends, uneven in the wave fold in the middle, really creased, also about 2 inches from the floor and definitely not with the money we paid for them!! The consultant was supposed to be coming back to measure and quote for 3 other rooms but true to form no one has contacted me which I am more than happy about as will never use this company again!Customers please avoid and shop around!!
I had my roller blinds and sheer curtain installed earlier this week. WOW what a difference it makes to the feel of our home. Loved the process with Victory from start to finish and the installers were so polite and clean. Thank you… definitely recommend !
