Do not deal with Victory, don’t pay them a deposit

Do not deal with Victory Blinds, above all do not pay them money. I paid $4225 deposit for an awning which they’ve held onto for six weeks. They don’t answer phone calls after you sign up, I finally discovered that they don’t have the ability to fulfill my order and am now fighting for a refund.

Unreliable and unprofessional

My blinds were required by a certain time and I was assured iif I placed the order that day they’d be installed well before that. I heard no more and now many weeks past the required time I am getting excuses and delays I had to pay 50% deposit at time of order in early October and have nothing to show. They are refusing to refund my deposit and I’ve since found the orders are sent overseas to be manufactured . Be very wary dealing with this company. Get everything in writing.

The whole experience was very professional, communication was excellent throughout.Matthew who came to install my curtains and blinds was very efficient and reliable and an exceptionally pleasant young man. He ensured that I was kept informed of his arrival, as he had been delayed due to weather.

I have just had my whole house fitted…

I have just had my whole house fitted out with blinds and shutters and am very happy with the result. This is the second house I have used Victory and highly recommend them. Maria the sales consultant is experienced and will give you an honest answer with selections . Richie, Ian and James were efficient , respectful and careful with their work when installing.Thanks guys!

The gentleman that came to install the plantation shutter was so professional . He spent his whole time focused on clearly what he does best . He was polite and respectful of my mums property , I can’t thank him enough I would suggest that you give him some sort of recognition as he was honestly the best Thankyou Jae

Consistent quality and service

I have used Victory blinds 3 times in the last 4 years for blinds in three different properties. The sales people have all listen to what I need and help me make selections that have been perfect. The times quoted for making the blinds have usually been sooner than expected and the installers always efficient and courteous. I would recommend them.

If I could I would give zero stars no service

If I could I would give zero stars. I had a faulty blind and despite the promised guarantee I was told I had to pay a $140 call out fee for a technician to determine whether it was my fault or a manufacturer fault. If it was deemed a manufacturer fault I was advised I’d repeat refund. Technician said a manufacturer fault and was able to fix the issues. More than five weeks later still chasing my refund after phone calls, multiple emails and only responses are from a customer service consultant who has escalated my complaint. No contact or apology from the Accounts Departmeor Managaer. My worry is they might be going bank and I won’t receive a refund. Buyer beware if you are considering this company.
