Cameron has quoted curtains and blinds for us 3 times and is always easy to communicate with and has excellent attention to detail. We are very happy with the quality of their products and will no doubt be purchasing from Victory again in the future.
Very happy with my blinds, it took awhile but it was worth it. They are top quality being Australian made, much better than the cheap imported old ones I had installed years ago from another supplier. Victory cost a little more but as they say, you only get what you pay for in life!My rep was Richard, and he explained options for my blinds which would work better for my windows, I had never thought of, taking the time to explain everything in great detail. The installer was also very professional and also removed my old blinds for me without any fuss.Highly recommend victory, their staff and products.
It has been one year since I ordered blinds and I still don’t have them all installed. One that is installed does not fit. No communication in over three months, multiple requests for an update go unanswered. I will now need to take legal action to get a refund on items not delivered.
What can I say? Nothing positive!Measured, would not fit, remeasured, would not fit, remeasured for a third time would not fit. Finally installed and still did not fit, short and and not fit for purpose, the whole exercise took over four (4) months and devoid of service!We finally gave up and cut our losses - dealing with Victory was quite the worst renovation service we have ever experienced in more than 10 homes over 50 years!
Whilst I was very happy with the initial call and curtains made, the follow-up on a defective curtain has gone unanswered. I have sent emails and called a number of times and have never gotten a response. No ability to write reviews on google business page, nor able to post on social media regarding this company. Now filing a complaint with consumer affairs.
Only because after the wonderful service I received from them, my husband's job got transferred interstate, and we had to rent out our property, just after we got the new blinds quoted for it.I want to commend Richard though, who I had let down on several appointments we had made, due to me being ill on both occasions. (Most reps would have given up on me but Richard was most understanding). 3rd time lucky, Richard went through all the options, was very well organised, polite, and had lovely samples with him to show me.The quote he gave me was very reasonable for the high quality they offered compared to other companies we had in to quote.Hopefully, when we move back to Melbourne, we will definitely be getting Victory to quote again.Highly recommend their service!
House full of plantation shutters, took ages , no communication on anything. Measured up double doors incorrect and left one door unacceptable and the other not done at all . Sent pictures and told re- doing doors , no answer to three texts and messages left . This company has no idea about customer communication and service!
