We recently went to Vienna for a week with our teens (16 and 18). We loved having the Vienna pass! We made good use of it and visited many museums and top sights. I really appreciated that most venues allowed us to bypass the ticket counter and scan right in. I totally recommend this pass if you're going to be in Vienna for a few days. I do wish that there were more day options. We bought the 6 day pass but only actually used it for 4 days.
This was my second visit to Vienna in 2 years. We bought the Vienna pass and loved it. It is a great value and gives you more flexibility. Several sights we went to had signs that they were sold out for the day, but with our Vienna pass we were scanned in right away and could enjoy the museum. I highly recommend the Vienna pass .
A bargain, if you like SIGHTSEEING A LOT on your trip (which we do), since Vienna museums and galleries are otherwise quite expensive. The only location that was not quite ok with the Vienna pass was Schonbrunn Palace - you can only see around 4 rooms and have to pay more to see the whole palace.
