Really good but..

The Vienna Pass is really good and has a good price but many museums and locations wanted another ticket and did not accept directly the Vienna Pass. So you have to go back, wait for the queue, and go back again to enter.

Activation problems

Only activation of Vienna pass had been lottle bit problematic ( in Military muzeum) , but afterwards everything had been OK.

Super value and super service

Bought the Vienna Pass online with cards being sent to the UK for future use. Website was clear, with good links to individual site/experiences websites. This allowed easy comparison of costs, enabled us to ensure pass would be good value for money.Pass arrived within 4 days of ordering. Included guidebook with information about every opportunity on offer.Really looking forward to our visit. Unable to comment further as have yet to use the Pass.

We have been able to do a lot with the Vienna pass and it was absolutely worth the cost! Also, it is easy that you can enter most attractions without having to pass by the ticket office. One minor was that it was not always so clear to find what was exactly included in the pass e.g. which rooms you had access to in Schönbrunn. Also, I did not find how you could reserve a time slot for certain attractions with the pass.
