I wanted to share our recent experience with The Vienna Pass during our family trip to Vienna. There were five of us, and we found this pass to be an absolute game-changer. It was incredibly convenient and cost-efficient, allowing us to visit all the major attractions over three days without any hassle. Moreover, The Vienna Pass includes access to the hop-on-hop-off bus service, which made getting around the city a breeze. If you're planning a trip to Vienna, I highly recommend considering this flexible pass. It truly enhanced our experience and made our visit even more enjoyable.
The Vienna Pass was all inclusive. The ability to bypass the line to get in at several locations was wonderful. The staff was very responsive and answered my questions immediately. Without the Pass, I would have missed several sites. Great product and great service!
Did not ship to correct location and then they're telling me to pick it up. The whole point of purchasing with shipping cost, was to avoid this hassle. Don't buy from them online if you're not already local in Vienna. Waste of time.
In 3 days we caught up and went to many museums that without Vienna Pass we would pay about $ 100 more than we gave. It is very good and very profitable. I rate 4/5 because it does not ensure full access to all areas of several museums and because we didn't find enough hop on hop off buses.
We are very disappointed with the Vienna Flexi pass. We bought it for 4 people and we can not use it for 5 attractions as we have to convert it into physical tickets to Hofburg, Schonbrun Palace and Belvedere. We as not able to see those attractions as all the tickets were sold out. We didn't have a good time in Vienna at all. We bought a Flexi pass but we can go in with them. Never again
