First off, make an English version of the survey. 😁We loved the easy and fast access using the Vienna pass. Some museums, we just wanted to see a few key items, which was great with the pass so we could go in quickly (or just visit the cafe) and not worry about tickets.
3days Vienna pass. overpriced and overrated attractions. even if you have Vienna pass, need to make a separate registration and bookings for majority attractions. Palaces doesn't look like palace at all. Boat cruise is not at all a cruise where you can not even allowed to eat your own subway and have to purchase high price sandwich from a cruise restaurant. its not a Danube river, it is a drainage canal and cannot view a single attraction. if you plan in advance you don't need to visit many of the listed attractions in Vienna pass an eventually you will pay less.
Ordering the pass was very easy online and was received instantly. It was fabulous that I could view places of interest before deciding how long to book the pass for.The only areas I would say need expanding slightly is the map for the HOHO buses these were not always easy to see where you met the bus and on a couple of occasions nearly missed it due to confusing the signs with the other bus company (whose staff were completely unhelpful and pretended they had no idea and left us lost and wandering around).The second area would be an option to add certain places of interest - for example we ordered a 3 day pass, started it on the day of our arrival which meant it had run out for our 4th day (returning late afternoon) it would be handy to be able to add a couple of places as additional options in those situations.The 3rd issue was the boat trip it was only an hour but had absolutely no places of interest on the way. Slow on the way but speedy return. Was definitely not worth the trip and meant that we started our pass a day early for no reason.
