No Refund, No Customer Support

I received no refund, no customer support, and no way to contact the company. My attempts to return an item were met with rejected emails. Despite their claims of hassle-free returns, there was no assistance available. I eventually had to rely on my card provider for a refund instead of the retailer. I strongly advise others to be cautious and reconsider ordering from this site, especially if you might need to return an item.

I neglected to check the reviews. The quality is shabby and far from what the pictures depict. They advertise hassle-free returns, but you have to send items back to China. Avoid this website at all costs.

Steer Clear of This Website

Steer clear of this website. On 16/01/2026, I ordered a cardigan that was poorly made and not as appealing as expected. The fabric is questionable. I requested a QR code for a return label on 16/01/2026 but received no response. They are obstructing my rights as a customer. I have reported the company to the Trading Standards for operating unlawfully.

Please, do not engage with this company. The sweater I ordered is appalling—arrived today and is of horrible quality. There’s no way to return it unless I pay around £30, while the garment itself cost £45. Learn from my costly mistake and avoid them. I could go on, but that’s enough.

STEER CLEAR OF THIS WEBSITE; the item was not as described. I ordered a wool jacket but received one made of 95% polyester and 5% cotton, which looks nothing like the picture. The buyer must pay for return shipping to China!

Don’t be fooled by the fancy website

I stupidly didn’t check reviews before using this website to buy a coat for my wife for Christmas. My experience is the same as all the other reviews. Despite the fancy website suggesting 24/7 support and hassle free refunds I have not experienced either. I commenced a conversation on 24th December that resolved with them on 13th Jan. This has resulted in me paying £27 to post the coat back to China so I can get the rest of the cost refunded to me. Largely because I’m stubborn. I purchased with my credit card but claiming the money back hasn’t been successful, company registered in UK, shipped from China and amount taken from my account was in US$. Please avoid at all costs.

Do NOT buy from Villa Mora

I wish I had read these before ordering a wool blend jacket which is actually polyester. Unwearable and like others no reply to emails and the phone number doesn’t exist. Am co tact g trading standards and emailed rip off Britain on BBC as this company is fraudulent. Do NOT buy anything from them.

Poor Quality and Refund Policy

The quality of the clothing and the refund policy are so poor that they should be banned in the UK. I ordered a blazer that was two sizes too big. When I tried to return or exchange it, I was told they don’t do exchanges and that returns must go to their factory in China at my expense. They offered me a 75% discount on my next purchase if I kept the item—no, thank you. Don’t waste your money; it’s frustrating and disappointing.

Avoid like the plague

Like all the reviewers would give a zero if could. Rubbish scamming company based in China. Really poor quality and badly fitting clothing. No chance of returning as detail of how to return is only available ‘on request’. And they just ignore you. Don’t waste your money on these scammers.
