I wanted a watch that looked elegant but didn’t cost a fortune, and this one hits the mark. It’s slim, lightweight, and super comfortable. I barely notice it on my wrist,which is a huge plus. The screen is sharp and easy to read, I love that I can swap out the bands. Honestly, it’s just a great all around.
The watch is expensive compared to similar items but nevertheless initally I was pleased with the function and appearance of the item.Charging was difficult from day one but with patience it worked however after just 4 weeks I now find I cannot charge the watch so it is useless.I have made numerous attempts to contact the company to no avail..please do not purchase from them if you value after sales service
My watch never arrived. The email thread is enormous, customer service is appalling. They will not refund me even though the watch has been returned to them. They are a terrible company, do not buy from them. You'll never see the watch and they will vague out on a refund. I'm off to consumer affairs.
Quck delivery and it's a light weight thin good looking basic smart watch. Has a long battery life of 5-7 days and one of the cheapest on the market. Doesn't have all features of my Samsung. Which was heavy and had to be charged every night. So overall it has ticketed all of the boxes for me. Bought to travel with so I didn't have to charge all the time as well.
