Terrible company to deal with

Received the watch, followed directions. Worked good for a week. Then had to charge it. That next week it would not track steps and would not hold a charge for more than 24hrs. Contacted company that I wanted to return and received reply that you only have 2 days to return it and they know when you received it. Then told me that I could only get a refund if it was a device problem and I have to pay for shipping to Ireland. Now they want a video of the malfunctions of the watch. In other words, they do not refund or take returns ! the watch is pretty but a total waste of money ... so frustrating that these companies take your money and have no integrety to stand behind their product.

Terrible company to deal with

Terrible company to deal with - about 4 hours after placing my order I was reading the Facebook reviews where one potential cusasked if the watch had Google Wallet to which the company rep replied that no, it didn’t. It was the main reason I wanted a new smart watch so I quickly cancelled my order and was advised (by a “virtual assistant” that since it hadn’t been dispatched yet it would be cancelled. Next day I asked for confirmation of the cancellation as the watch wasn’t fit for purpose. No reply. Suddenly, about 4 days later notification of dispatch was received. I wrote again to say I had cancelled my order. No reply. I now have a useless smart watch - very tinny & don’t expect it’ll last long. These scammers need to be stopped. Raised a dispute with PayPal but they only refund apparently if item isn’t received, which it obviously was. Beware of these companies- take your money & have no customer service. Won’t send it back as don’t expect they honour their return policy and don’t want to throw money away on return postage. Lesson learned!

Got my watch about 2 months ago

Got my watch about 2 months ago. It worked well and looked good. But, the charging cable is a magnetic connection specific for that watch and the magnets quickly started falling out of mine. Now the charger does not connect to the watch so it has run out of power. I tried contacting Violeva several times via different means including Facebook and customer services but they are not responding. I wish I had seen the other reviews sooner as I wouldn't have bought the watch. I regret buying it now.

Bought a smart watch

Bought a smart watch - it eventually came. Doesn't work. Have contacted customer service several times. No reply. Does it even exist? Scam company - do not buy from them. Do not believe positive reviews - either bots or paid for. I live in Ireland and will have no problem getting them banned from selling in this country. Other people with similar experiences should report. Even to the police if necessary.

I had my watch 1 month then one day

I had my watch 1 month then one day, it went to a blank screen and stopped charging and totally died. I contacted the company on their FACEBOOK, MESSENGER and support email, and got no reply back. DO NOT BUY FROM VIOLEVA, they will not reply and there is no way you can phone and talk to anyone so you will not get a replacement or refund! DISHONEST AND DISGUSTED.
