Terrible quality

Terrible quality. When it shipped to me, the watch was not functional, the display was not working. I reached out to customer support and they initially asked me to send a video of the defect which I did and I have not heard back in about a month despite multiple follow up emails.

Terrible customer service

I emailed this company 7 times to initiate a refund, and nobody has contacted me, I also tried the live chat, and same story, I am reporting this company to the BBB first thing in the morning tomorrow. This watch constantly disconnects from my phone while my phone is in my hand, doesn't notify when I get texts messages. And since this review is negative, they will just delete it or ignore it as usual. Very very bad and unreliable company.

Bought the watch worked for 5 days the. Won't charge pr turn on. Had one response via email and nothing since. Absolute scammers . Shame really as its a comfy lovely watch and iv seen the same one on Temu for £20!! Avoid this site

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. They will not honor the warranty. My watch is frozen on main screen, time and date only. Can't swipe to use apps. I contacted them 2 months ago, and they keep saying, email forwarded to support team, even though you are using the support email. Finally last email they said support will be in touch to start the replacement process. That was 2 weeks ago. They have blocked both my emails and blocked me on Facebook. They just commit fraud. Oh and, they gave excuses about how much inventory they have, for replacements. Don't buy from them. Seems like a lot of people have the same problem.

DONT BUY FROM THEM! SCAM!

I made a purchase for a watch in May. Received it June 3rd and immediately requested a refund. Wanted to exchanged it for a different watch, but changed my mind quickly to full refund because there is never a response from the company. Customer service sucks! Weeks later they responded to say how they value their customers and remind me that it takes 14 days to have a solution per their policy. I sent photos per their request, the same day I received their email. Well it has been a full month now since my original request! !!Where’s that value in customer service they were going on about. I wish I could just get my money back. I don’t even want this watch. I lost count the amount of times I have emailed them. It’s ridiculous! No response! SCAM!! DONT BUY FROM THEM!!
