I chose this watch for its sleek design. It includes all the features I desired and is user-friendly. I enjoy the variety of watch faces for fun. The band is very comfortable and much more adjustable than others. I opted for the silver version because it has a classy appearance.
This is my second watch. The first one lasted 8 months, and this one is doing the same. It constantly tries to reboot, stops communicating with the app, and customer service is unhelpful. The watches are lovely but let down by poor software and customer service. At this price, I expect more than 8 months. There won't be a third watch.
This watch lives up to its advertisements. It's perfect for my small wrist. The elegant design is spot on, with many options for the watch face and exercise tracking. However, the charger fell apart, and I struggled to find a replacement on the website. I ordered one online that didn’t work. Almost gave up on the watch, but I contacted customer service, explained my issue, and they guided me back to the accessories section on the website where I found the charger. I placed my order, and I'm back in action. I truly love this watch.
I really love the size and the watch face—it looks fantastic and is easy to read. The only reason I'm deducting one star is that it can be a little tricky to put on. I'm considering a different strap for better comfort. Additionally, there was one day when my step count didn't register, which was disappointing since I'm trying to increase my steps in preparation for my upcoming walk.
