Wish I had seen these before ordering. I have been asking for a refund and they are ignoring me. They did respond to my first few questions...I cannot do the strap up... they say its waterproof but there are no functions to choose water activities and the app it links to say its not waterproof
All the negatives are true!!Really terrible company, watch is awful, doesn’t work properly and I raised the faults within 24 hours of receiving the watch. Nobody answers you for days on end, then when they do eventually, they give you a non business address in Spain to return it to.Even after returning I received no refund and had to go through my bank. I have email threads of proof of everything.Cheap rubbish that looks good online, avoid!
This product did not work and I have been in contact now for 10 months trying to rectify and get a refund , They ask the same questions, which I have shared multiple times, I want my refund asap. Contacted again today due to no communication for 10 weeks.Ongoing since 30 January
Absolutely love the round watch face! It stands out, looks elegant and so far (after owning it for 9 months) I haven’t had a single issue with the colour on the watch face or any technical issues! Due to working in hospitality, I often get the metal band wet and am ordering a replacement only due to it have a VERY slight discolouration in some places - although it is barely noticeable! I decided to continue using the current one while working, and use the new one when out and about. I also have the silicone band which I wear to the gym, however I love the style and appearance of the metal too much to wear the silicone band at work. I receive compliments time and again about my Violeva! I was initially quite sceptical, however for such a great price I thought it was worth a shot - I have absolutely not been disappointed. Very user friendly and it holds good charge! Happy customer here!!
Absolutely shocking customer service. Beautiful watch bad customer care. The screen saver was useless and I sent about 8 emails to ask them to send a replacement because I wanted to protect it. I got no solution and about 2 emails to ask what was wrong and that they had passed it on.I bought my watch in December 2024 and it is now July 2025 and it wont switch on any more. Think alot before you buy this, it is lovely but another brand do one that is very similar and would probably give a better customer service
