Visafoto's software can generate suitable photos, but based on experience, I estimate the probability that the requirements will be met at 50%. When contacting the service, you will receive prompt help to correct errors in the photo. However, the correction is also not carried out properly. Conclusion: Only with a lot of luck you can hope for correct photos.

Don’t waste your money and time, especially if you need a photo for the US green card lottery. They cut my hair, changed the shape of my ears, added a shadow around my neck. When I asked for a fixture or refund, they tried to convince me that the photo will be accepted and that I don’t need white or off white background. I’m not going to post my photos for security reasons, but if the proof of my statement is needed, I’ll be more than happy to provide it.
They will attempt to charge you a different price, depending on where you live. The price you see on the screen is not what you pay. This is totally unacceptable in principle. But as if that wasn't enough, the price will be completely different.E.g. I see 4.50 EUR and they have tried to charge me 7.00 GBP.7.00 GBP are approximately 8.00 EUR!Shame on you!--Adding details as requested:The price 4.50 EUR was probably 5.00 EUR after a 10% discount applied. However, it is still a huge problem if I see 5.00 EUR and I am charged 7 GBP. I agree there is probably a technical issue. The only detail I can add to help you with your investigation is that I was connecting from Europe (hence the price is in EUR) and I was using a British payment card (hence the charge in GBP). However, this does not justify the behaviour of the site at all. If you are unsure of the price and currency you are applying, at least let your payment service provider (probably Stripe) show it on the screen.
