They advertise fast easy returns, lol thats a lie I have been calling them and there is no answer, no one calls me back. I do not ever expect my money back good buy money. I always buy from amazon or walmart on line so I blame myself I will never buy from a advertisement again.

Difficulties with Returns and Communication

I purchased some items from a seller and I'm attempting to return them, but when I call, no one picks up. Instead, it prompts me to leave my number for a callback, but I never receive a call back. This seems like a questionable company!

Received the wrong holster twice, very disappointing

I ordered a right-hand holster with a light, but instead received a left-hand holster that was too small for my pistol and light. A representative contacted me and sent a replacement, but unfortunately, it was the wrong holster again. This one is right-handed but still doesn't fit my pistol or accommodate my light. The representative requested a picture, but the SKU number on my invoice already shows the issue... it’s the wrong item! I requested a refund and am now waiting to see if that will be processed. I have lost trust in this company. They claim to be family-owned from Texas, but their service does not reflect that. The customer service is lacking, and they seem unaware of their own products by SKU number. The representative I spoke with also seemed unfamiliar with handguns and lights. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

Today, I received a confirmation email showing the wrong billing address I had input, stating that the shipping process had begun, which I hope isn't true. So far, there hasn’t been any charge to my credit card. I find most of these flashy ads to be scams or rip-offs. I recommend searching for the product online to find it at a much lower price. The misleading ads seem to target vulnerable individuals. If you're unsure about these offers, please consult someone younger before making a purchase.

Yesterday, I tried to purchase a promotional holster. I didn't check options because I just wanted to see the total price and shipping costs. Mixed Feelings About Ordering

I share the same concerns as many others regarding the ordering experience. I ordered a holster, my card was charged, I received a lot of spammy emails, and then I was informed my order was on backorder. After that, there was complete silence—no updates or responses. I emailed for information but received no reply. However, after three weeks of waiting, I decided to call customer service. They answered promptly, were polite, and provided the information I needed: my product shipped a week ago. They apologized for not sending tracking info, claiming it was an oversight. I received the tracking info over the phone minutes later, and it is set to be delivered today. I suspect that the lack of communication was not just an oversight but a sign of internal issues, as this seems to be a small company that has outgrown its management capacity. I can't comment on product quality yet, but I hope it exceeds my expectations.

Positive Experience So Far

Everything is going well so far. I ordered two items at the manufacturer's suggested retail price on Friday. I missed the tracking information and wanted an estimated arrival time. I emailed on Saturday and received a prompt response from a representative on Monday morning, apologizing for the oversight regarding tracking info. I looked up the tracking number and figured it would take about two weeks. To my surprise, they arrived a week later, on Friday morning! Excellent customer service! Kudos to everyone involved in remedying the situation and sending out my two items, which are gifts for my friends. I’ll share more once I get feedback from them. By the way, I initially thought these were American-made by veterans, but I discovered they were made elsewhere. Regardless, I find them extremely comfortable for carrying my firearms. They are much better quality than my previous holsters. Thanks again for the great service!

Trust Issues with Delivery

I checked Trustpilot two days ago to see if this company was legitimate because I ordered a holster on September 14th with an estimated delivery of two weeks. My order arrived today, October 21st, which is five weeks instead of two. That’s acceptable, but I’m downgrading my rating due to the shipping delay without any notification.

Caution Advised

Caution! This company seems very scammy. I saw many of their ads and decided to give them a try but regretted it almost immediately. Customer service is very slow and unhelpful. It has been four weeks, and my product has not shipped, with claims that they should be getting restocked soon. I’m now disputing the charge with my credit card company and have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Quick to Charge, Slow to Ship

Like many others, I am still waiting for my product to be shipped, despite numerous emails and phone calls. The website claims they ship within 24 hours, but they only charge your credit card within that time frame without actually sending anything.
