I can't find the words in the book of life to describe what Selby has done for me as a customer.
This customer service, patience, and knowledge is one in a million,
Above standard .
I have had an issue with my s25 for months and moving between Vodafone shops and chatting on the phone to Vodafone team and had no luck for months .
I walked into the Vodafone shop at Brixton and selby was amazing, fantastic.
He sorted the issue and am very grateful 🙏.
He is definitely an asset to Vodafone.

It gets worse - we’re now on working day 4 of no phone- the mysterious “2nd line team” are apparently protected by some sort of all-powerful force field and the only way to escalate anything is to fill a form in and wait another 24 hours (3 times this has happened now).

The social media team reached out (to try and convince people that they care) but can’t do anything to resolve the issue.
