2 years ago when they took over Webvisions, they auto combined our web and email hosting into one. We renewed our domain and we still have to pay for web growth windows when we do not have a website. Our emails got affected when we didn't renewed web growth windows. Vodien customer service told us that if we want to subscribe for email hosting only, we have to pay SGD10 per email account per month. The company's aim is not to provide services but to dig as much as possible from its customers. Compare their pricing and plan with other service provider before you sign up. For our case, we do not combine web and email hostings, they auto combined for us.

Account security

Tried to get a simple answer on account and Vodien security requirements prevented service person from assisting. Should allow access by answering security questions rather than signing into account to get a token #
