Purchased domain names via domainregistration.com.au thinking they'd be a reputable business. Upon the initial submission request I misunderstood the overall cost, thinking this would all be confirmed in the verification call. A day later I received a call from someone wanting to confirm credit card details and whether or not to proceed. I explained to the rep that I didn't clearly understand the total cost because no written confirmation was received on my end. Even after I mentioned what I thought was the total price the verification's officer didn't correct me or tell me otherwise, so naturally I proceeded. The next day I checked my account and almost $1400 was taken, far exceeding my initial assumption of $139.70. Straight away I contacted them disputing the charge and this went on for 3 weeks. After all the continuous battles and mucking around they promised me an alternative (out of many) the opportunity to cancel the order and refund me the money. After painful negotiation after negotiation in order to save my domain names, I gave in in the end, asking them to proceed with the refund. A few hours later I received an email from someone completely different saying in the end they're not going to proceed with the refund. This happened twice!! If only they saved me all the time and hassle by not setting the expectation in the first place.

Was rather difficult to get help for my website. Finally someone from Vodien contacted me about providing a contact email address I could reach out to for help more conveniently :) Will try the service before adding any more Stars...
