I have issue with my email lately. It all disappear from my mail box 1 day without any notice. I login and when to the live chat to look for solution. Believe it or not, it took me 4 days, 4 live chat person/session to finally get someone who understand my issue. Donnalou is the last live chat person I chat with and did not re-refer me to what Hostopia. I am very disappoint that the 1st and 3rd live chat person told me that it is because of Hostopia and told me that there is nothing they can do about it. Already very frustrated with missing emails, that is what they said to me. I actually did write feedback to the Hostopia but receive no respond from them till now. (as for the 2nd live chat person, he did not refer me to Hostopia is just that we got disconnected because of weak wifi at my end). Today, lucky that Donnalou listen and check on to the issue I addressed. Somehow, the other 2 livechat CS doesn't know what to do and just refer me to another company. How would I know when I only sign up with Vodien.
