Strong marketing—weak delivery

I chose Vodien because they promise “Secure and Seamless Email Solutions” with “built-in migration tools to help you easily move existing email data to your Titan account,” plus 24/7 support if anything goes wrong. In practice, however, those migration tools simply don’t exist.After signing up (and handing over my Google Workspace credentials via PrivateBin), I was pointed to generic YouTube tutorials—hardly the “seamless” experience advertised. None of Vodien’s support staff could walk me through an actual migration. After digging online, I discovered the real process involves manually exporting your Google Workspace mail, setting up Titan in a third-party client (Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.), then importing your messages by hand. That’s not automated, “built-in,” or even remotely user-friendly.On the plus side, I did get in touch with real human support (not just AI chatbots), but they seemed just as baffled as I was. And with no free trial available, you must prepay before you know how—or if—the service works for you.Would I recommend Vodien? Not for email migrations. Their marketing promises are misleading, and you’ll still end up doing most of the work yourself.ps they do have a migration package: if you pay extra they help you, but no fee quote despite me asking.

VODIEN: INCOMPETENT AND SHAMEFULAfter years of loyalty, Vodien publicly humiliated me by suspending my fully paid website over a webmail payment that was only 3 days late on a separate account.I immediately paid the overdue webmail bill, then made THREE desperate calls pleading for them to lift the suspension. Each time: “The accounts department is attending to it.” Hours later, my website remains suspended while they destroy my business reputation.This isn’t poor service - it’s deliberate contempt. Even after payment, three staff members couldn’t be bothered to actually help, offering only empty promises while my clients see a suspension notice on my homepage.VODIEN IS A DISGRACE. They will publicly embarrass loyal customers over 3 days, then leave you hanging with worthless excuses even after you’ve paid - while your business suffers.AVOID VODIEN AT ALL COSTS. They are incompetent, unprofessional, and will destroy your reputation without hesitation.This is how Vodien treats customers after years of loyalty. You’ve been warned.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
