Vodien Customer Support [IEML-1032203]For months Vodien monitored my websites and watched as I lost customers. Then they told me all was fixed and for the next three days, I had even more downtime.I am not sure what relationship Vodien and Crazy Domains have, as i raised the issue with Crazy Domains three months earlier and they could not fix it. Errors increased and increased then 18 June I received the Vodien email from Crazy Domains. They said they are monitoring it and thanked me for my patience.5 Weeks later, still under the Crazy Domains support email, they told me, all is well except my WEB pages went down the following day and the day after and I am still getting email server certificate errors. No response from Vodien since they told me everything was fixed, so I took to this feedback.I have adequate proof in the form of screen grabs and emails to back up ech part of my feedback.I also have adequate proof that Vodien is handling the matter, so the Vodien reply is a total obfuscation of the issue!Simple help they do excellently but when something goes horribly wrong at their end, it remains horribly wrong for long. 17 Aug 2024 Vodien may understand my concerns BUT cannot fix the problem with Massive downtime still occurring today. The WEB site is down 7 incidents, 14h in the past 24h.Respond to what emails? My new URL was suspended because Vodien forgot to validate my UEN even though SGNIC sent them emails everyday for 21 days. This is unacceptable for a reputable domain registrar. Had to wait 25 minutes for a support agent to be available. Support agent took 1 hour to figure out what is the problem. This is the type of problems that could have been avoided easily. I am very dissapointed.
worst tech support service ever.since the announcement of taking over hk pachosting and mail server migration, there were minimal communication or statue update provided. Only last minute email stating the migration date and there were no guideline or what so ever. the no one answer the hk hotline, and it takes forever to talk to a live person at the live chat. i waited for an hour then in the end i only got time out message. Imagine it is happening since yesterday. I am still not getting my support for missing email and folders with the IMAP setting.
