Terrible service - do not use!

Vodien's support and service are terrible. We have been using Pachosting's service for many years before it was acquired by Vodien. Our web server was migrated to Vodien on 6 June 2024. Since then, our websites have been down every now and then. Upon refreshing it 3 times, it will occasionally show up again. Vodien's phone number doesn't work. The live chat support queue doesn't move and the office address is just a virtual desk with no one there. The only way to get a response is by emailing Vodien, but all they said was they can't detect any problems. Do not use their service!
