Bad for email hosting

Have been using for many years for their domain and web hosting. It has been stable but for the email hosting it is quite bad. This year alone, the email was down for many hours TWICE. No one from the hotline is answering and the live chat no one is replying you as well. It is terrible. For the whole day today I can't received or send out my email! The worst is no one is answering the phone.

After 10 years of services hosting i avail in Vodien then the service become poor. They suddenly change the hosting cost without notice, response slow and not reliable.
