Vodien suspended our service without warning for being a miniscule amount over the data limit. We have been trying for days to get the service unsuspended and Vodien just say it is being investigated. It seems that no one knows how to access the server. We have stressed the importance of the website being active to the business but that just falls on deaf ears. Vodien are pathetic and disgraceful.
