There is always someone receiving my call. Although not everyone solves the problem, he/she did try hard. I also know when he/she can't solve the problem - he/she will say he/she will call back, but more often than not, he/she did not.Today, I am lucky to get serviced by an experience staff. He is Mr. Elsor. My desk-top and lap-top computer email problems have been solved. He promised to email me the procedures to solve my hand-phone email problems. I look forward to receiving his email.
