INCONSISTENT

Writing this, I have waited 2 hours for an consultant.Why are your email hosting keeps having problem receiving emails.We have been experiencing numerous time of delayed emails from our clients. Some are even OTPs which we need for our operation.We have also numerous sending out issue. The server could not connect and we need to send a few times for it to work.
